Frequently Asked Questions
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to attend the show?
Yes, the show is 21+ with ID.
What time does the show start/end?
Doors open at 8:30PM. The show begins at 9:30PM, and ends around midnight. There are two 10-minute intermissions throughout the performance, so you have a break between acts to grab more drinks from the bar, go outside for some fresh air, and so on.
Is there re-entry?
Yes, you are permitted to leave and reenter the venue.
Where can I purchase tickets?
The best way to purchase tickets is online through our website. Please contact our box office if you have any trouble purchasing tickets.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets are available for purchase at the door, depending on seating availability. Cash & credit card are accepted. Please note that tickets purchased at the door have an additional $5 charge; it's best to buy ahead of time online.
What is the difference between tickets?
There are 2 types of tickets available for purchase – table seating ($35), and general admission ($20).
Table seating ($35) is reserved seating and has a $35 per person food & drink minimum. Seating is cabaret-style; therefore, you may be sitting with strangers (socialize! make friends!). We'll try our best to accommodate you if you have any issue with this.
General Admission ($20) is Seating If Available/Standing Room and does not guarantee a seat, but we'll try to accommodate you depending on whether we have open seats available by showtime. General Admission may sit at the bar if seats are available, or along the cushioned areas near the iron pillars throughout the venue.
Tickets purchased at the door are subject to an additional $5 charge.
What's this about food and drink minimums?
The venue requires a $35 food & beverage minimum per person at all table seats. The Bridges offers a delicious menu of American fare, paired with delicious cocktails and craft beers. Servers work throughout the show, bringing you each course. If you have any trouble reaching the minimum by the end of the show, please speak to our box office at the door and we will collaborate with bar management to find a solution. However, as the show is nearly 2.5 hours long, it is not unusually difficult to reach the minimum by the end. Enjoy yourselves!
Food offerings and cocktail menus are listed below!
Can I reserve a table ahead of time?
The only way to reserve a table is to purchase tickets ahead of time. Please check the calendar for links to purchase tickets. Table seating is limited and sells out quickly, so it's best to purchase ahead of time.
Can I choose my seats?
Seating is generally based on order of purchase. We seat you automatically at the best available seats first, but please note that the seating map on the website is not concrete or necessarily accurate. Seating is cabaret-style, meaning you may share a table with people you don't know. It's meant to be a social engagement; don't be afraid to talk to strangers! We may need to move your originally assigned seat to accommodate large parties.
My party and I bought tickets separately. Can we sit together?
Definitely! When purchasing tickets, you will be asked to fill out a “Party Name.” (You can be creative!) Have every person purchasing tickets list the same (or similar) “Party Name” and we'll do our best to seat you together.
I am planning a large party; are there any group discounts?
Please contact our box office to inquire about group discounts! Depending on the show date and the number of attendees, we may be able to offer a discount for your large party.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
No outside food or drink, but if you're celebrating you may bring a cake. Please let us know and we can store the cake for you and bring it out when requested.
Are there refunds? Is my registration/ticket transferable?
All ticket sales are final, but you may transfer your ticket to another person; just email us to let us know.
